Dear Elsie,
Last night Beverly and I purchased a Toyota Camry XLE after owning our current vehicle for 6 years. We were very impressed with all your staff members, but especially two of your representatives, Danny Shell and Bob Frampton.
Since we had not purchased a vehicle for several years we were skeptical to say the least, however, yesterday was the day we chose to go “shopping around.”
We stopped at your dealership first and were greeted by Danny Shell. Right from the beginning we felt comfortable talking with him. He was very thorough explaining the cars; and we test drove one of the vehicles. The reputation of the vehicle preceded our final selection of the Camry XLE later in the day. Then, we left to look at other options; finding none we returned to discuss final details and financing with Danny. My trade in value was met and even exceeded my expectations, the sale was made.
We would be remiss if we didn’t express ourselves about those two staff members. Both explained the car thoroughly, all accessories in detail, the paper work, and answered all of our questions.
We watched with interest as Danny was washing it, left to fill the tank with gas, came back and cleaned the windows, sweating, polishing, rubbing and double checking the cleanliness of the car. Beverly said in a joking matter, “they both were like midwives, busy and waiting for birth.”
You may not know this but they were so real to us it reinforced our feelings in a positive way towards shopping for a car. They really are different; what I mean to they are a “team!” They laughed and joked with us and made the transaction fun instead of stress. You must train them for customer service, because we experienced that last night. We hope you will share this with your staff.
When I hear someone talking about buying a car I won’t be shy telling them about our experience at Sierra Toyota.
